New Classes


Core Conditioning  - Mondays @8pm- 8:30pm (30 minutes) - This class targets a persons core, strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. A mixture of fun and challenging exercises that will help improve posture. Training your core can lead to reduced lower back pain. The class is suitable for all abilities as there is always a alternate exercise.


Studio Cycling- Tuesdays @ 7:30- 8:15pm (45 minutes) Another Spinning class aimed to pedal through hill climbs, sprints and standing rides. Get that feel good factor and burn the calories.


Fit for Life - Wednesdays @ 9:30-10:30am (1 hour) A class more suited for the mature clientele who's aim is to slow down the ageing process and associated risks of being inactive. Suitable for both male and female to keep you active and on the go.
