Body Rehab: Mondays 7:30-8:30pm is a low impact class in nature and includes a mixture of stretching, mobility, relaxation and core conditioning performed both standing up and lying down, perfect for winding down after a long day. Aimed to focus on injury prevention during exercise as well as to aid muscle tightness and muscle shortening.
